By creating a SignFlow AI account you agree to these terms. SignFlow AI is operated by SignFlow Technologies.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under your login.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not choose a paid plan, your account is not charged when the trial ends.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the billing cycle you select. Annual plans are billed for ten months of the equivalent monthly price. The Lifetime Pro offer is a one-time payment for continued access to the Professional feature set.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Do not use SignFlow AI to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to store information you are not permitted to hold, or in a way that interferes with the service for other users. You are responsible for obtaining consent before sending automated messages to your clients.

SignFlow AI helps you organize and automate business tasks. It does not perform notarial acts, verify identity on your behalf, or determine whether a document or signing method is valid in your jurisdiction. Those responsibilities remain yours.

We may update, add, or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
