Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required, so nothing is charged during the trial and there is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.

Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel from your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel, you are not billed again.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the year. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of that year and does not renew.

Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment. It is covered by a 30-day money-back period: if you ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, we refund the payment in full.

How to request a refund or cancel

Cancel from your account settings, or contact support through our contact page and include the email address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
